performance and overview[辨別大行]. This is the book of The Best

Way to Sŏn(『선문정로』) and The Scenery of the Real Ground(『본지풍
광』). The third are type-books called ‘Reveal Trace and Go to

Edification’ that apply ‘Profound Reason’ and ‘Discrimination
Performance’ to specific and individual events[適化垂跡]. Religious

lineage of Korean Buddhism(『한국불교의 법맥』), Face up to yourself

(『자기를 바로 봅시다』) etc. are these. Among these, trilogy works
such as Sermon of One Hundred Days, The Best Way to Sŏn,

and The Scenery of the Real Ground are particularly important.
The core of the Buddhist Studies System of Toeong revealed

in the trilogy is that if you correctly realize The Best Way[照見
中道], inquire the HuaDu and pass through the three stages of

pursuit[看話透關], and everyone will gain true Enlightenment[皆得眞

證].
